About the project
-
As an in-house graphic designer at Nhood Hungary, I was responsible for the full visual identity of the Client Party 2022, held at the prestigious House of the Hungarian Millennium in Budapest. The exclusive event was organized by professional event planners and targeted the Auchan Korzó tenants. Since Nhood Hungary is the real estate company managing Auchan Korzó, the occasion was designed not only as a celebration but also as a key opportunity to strengthen corporate image.

I had full responsibility for the project’s graphic execution, ensuring consistency with the original corporate identity while adapting the visuals to the Great Gatsby theme. I reported directly to Gergo Fonay (Marketing Manager) and Barbara Boda-Vári (Event Manager).
The main challenge was to temporarily adjust the Nhood Hungary logo and create a set of event-specific elements. The green brand color was allowed to be altered in its shade, and additional accent colors were introduced temporarily (pink and yellow) -
Conducted a site visit at the House of the Hungarian Millennium to assess the atmosphere and spatial requirements.
Created moodboards inspired by the vibrancy of Latin American culture—tropical colors, festive patterns, and dynamic visual elements.
Collaborated with the interior decoration team to align venue styling with the graphic concept.
Designed a wide range of print and digital materials, as well as motion graphics projected during speeches and performances, reinforcing the immersive Latin American Vibes theme.

The project covered a wide variety of printed, digital, and on-site visual assets, including:
Invitations (Save the Date, email invitations, and printed thank-you cards)
Signage (directional boards, podium graphics, large-scale installations)
Branded items (menus, food & drink labels, coasters, decorative pillows, macaron gift boxes)
Event assets (script cards, raffle tickets, host materials)
Large-scale elements (press wall 240 × 240 cm, graphic wall serving as a playful photo backdrop with props, LED wall visuals)
-
The event successfully captured the lively and colorful spirit of Latin America. The visual identity created a consistent festive atmosphere across all touchpoints—from invitations to on-site installations—immersing guests in a vibrant celebration. The graphic photo wall became a highlight of the evening, encouraging playful interaction and memorable photo moments, while the coordinated print and digital assets enhanced the sense of unity and professionalism throughout the event.
